We are honoured to welcome journalists, photographers, camera personnel and social media content creators from all over the world in both of our arenas in \u010cesk\u00e1 L\u00edpa and Korce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>MEDIA REGISTRATION<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>We welcome all media representatives as our partners to cover the thrilling competitions of World Cup 2023 in \u010cesk\u00e1 L\u00edpa and Korce. For registration, please send an email to <a href=\"mailto:media@wcup.cz\">media@wcup.cz<\/a> with the following information:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u25cf First and last name\u00a0<br>\u25cf Media or Organization<br>\u25cf Email address\u00a0<br>\u25cf Phone number<br>\u25cf Photographer or Reporter<br>\u25cf Media race participation yes\/no<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Media registration is free of charge. For more details, please see media invitation at the OWC official website in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wcup.cz\/en\/media\/basic-information\/\">media section<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>MEDIA ACCREDITATION<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Media accreditations can be collected in the Event Office until August 1st at 20:00. After this time, accreditation will be available for pick-up in the Media Centre. Special accreditation cards must be shown when entering the Media Centre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>MEDIA CENTRE&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Before the beginning of OWC 2023 Round 2, all accredited media will receive a newsletter informing about the event. In addition, an email with key information will be sent to all registered media representatives before every race.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the forest races there will be designated photo controls to which accredited photographers will be accompanied by our guides. During the sprint events, our guides will assist and control the organization of the photographers in the finish area. Photography is not prohibited inside the competition area, but please check with the Media Manager during pre-race briefing.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There will be a short media\/photographers pre-race briefing at the beginning of every competition day in the Media Tent placed in the arena.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The media service includes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Access to media tent with workstations&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wi-Fi, electricity, printers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maps and start lists<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Live services (results, TV production, GPS)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Access to photo controls and photo spots in arenas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participation in VIP\/Media race<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coffee\/tea, refreshments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>LIVE SERVICES<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>There will be live TV production during all races. The Broadcast will be shown on Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish and Czech National TV, and also worldwide via https:\/\/tv.orienteering.sport\/ with English commentary.
