Team Officials Meetings
At Orienteering World Cup Czechia 2026, the team officials meetings will be held in a hybrid form – both in person and online. The team representatives may choose freely which manner of participation they prefer, as both are equal in the opportunity to receive information, and ask questions. There is no need to report anywhere what means of participation the team has chosen – you simply show up or click on the link below.
The meetings will take place in the cinema of Vyšší Brod (GPS: 48.6170N, 14.3114E). Parking is possible at a meadow in Vyšší Brod (GPS: 48.6184N, 14.3145E).

Hybrid meetings details
The hybrid form of the meetings will be held via a Youtube online stream. No specialised software is needed, YouTube works in any common internet browser. Participants who wish to use this opportunity are strongly advised to make themselves comfortable using the platform and its features prior to the event. It is also advisable that the participants test in advance the very device they intend to use for their connection regarding its ability to establish internet connection, and correctly play audio.
Participation:
Online participants will watch the stream using the links above. It is possible to connect to the stream from multiple devices. The information provided in-person and online will be identical. No information shall be passed onto the participants that would not be a part of the stream. TOM presentation slides will be uploaded to IOF Eventor after each respective meeting.
Questions:
It is highly preferable that teams having questions pass these onto the organisers in advance using the e-mail office@wcup.cz until 15:00 on the respective day which makes answering the questions during the TOM considerably more efficient. This applies to both online and in-person participants.
Teams participating online may ask questions via the chat feature of the YouTube stream. The TOM leader will be monitoring the chat constantly and answer the questions presented there; either immediately or when the appropriate topic comes up in the presentation. In order to be able to ask questions in the chat, the participant must be logged in using any google (gmail) account. It is advisable that the teams check in advance that some of their representatives posses such account and are able to log into YouTube services using it.
Teams unable to use the chat feature of the YouTube platform may still watch the online stream and send their questions via a WhatsApp message during the stream only to +420 607860698.
Technical issues and requests:
The hybrid TOM is technically provided by the event’s media department. All questions regarding technical issues and requests for technical help may be sent to media@wcup.cz; no race related information will be provided via this channel.
